Marketising is run by Amir Sohail in Melbourne, Australia. In this policy, "I", "me" and "my" mean Marketising. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What I collect

Details you give me, such as your name, email, business, website, ad spend range and message, when you use the contact form, book a call or email me.
Booking details when you schedule a call, such as your name, email and the time you choose.
Website usage information, such as pages visited, the page that sent you here and the campaign that brought you, collected with cookies and similar tools once you agree to them.
Client account information needed to deliver the work, once you become a client, under a separate agreement.

To send you information you've asked for. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

With your consent, this website may use Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These help me see how the site is used and measure whether my ads work, and they may be used to show you my ads on those platforms. You can decline them in the cookie notice, clear cookies in your browser, or change your ad settings with each platform.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run the business, such as website hosting, email, form handling, call scheduling, analytics and advertising platforms. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. I take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.

How I protect it

I keep your information secure using reputable providers, strong passwords and limited access. I keep it only for as long as I need it, then delete or de-identify it.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or correct the personal information I hold about you by emailing [email protected]. I'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how I've handled your information, email me first and I'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
